Fire-fighting set, incl. fire blanket 6000 x 8000 mm, with protective case

Item number: 294636W

  • Fire-fighting blanket for environmental protection in the event of battery accidents. Reduces the risk of fire spread and associated collateral damage. The blankets are suitable for sprinklers and fire-fighting water and thus create a cooling effect
  • According to EC safety data sheet 91/115/EEC and electrostatic certificate according to DIN 54345-1, non-conductive
  • For the containment of emerging flames, simple, quick handling on site
  • High temperature resistant fabric, non-itching, soft and flexible
  • Areas of application: multi-storey car parks, industrial vehicle fleets, large-capacity warehouses, vehicle workshops, parking decks, petrol stations, e-charging stations
  • In the event of an accident involving a high energy density Li-ion battery, high-temperature fabrics provide sufficient fire containment and heat protection for ensuring the response time is as long as possible
  • Fire blanket sewn with steel yarn and seam overlap. High chemical resistance, no electrical conductivity, smoke permeable
  • In the event of an accident involving a battery, toxic pollutants are released which can be found in the fire blanket after it has been used. Cleaning and reuse is therefore strongly discouraged. The blanket should be disposed of
  • Incl. protective case, red (similar to RAL 2002) with 2 castors and 2 handles as well as telescopic rod, dimensions: 800x600x440 mm, volume: 150 ltr with 2 keyed alike locks, certified according to IP 67
  • Fire barrier blanket in special high-temperature fabric, with mineral coating on both sides, approx. 625 g/m², flexible, non-slip, thickness approx. 0.7 mm, four loops (two red and two blue) and corner reinforcement in KA-2H fabric, dimensions: 6000 x 8000mm, suitable for vehicle sizes such as coupé, saloon, estate, etc.
  • European fire protection test by MPA-Dresden according to EN 13501-1, non-combustible, A1 (test report from supplier)
  • High-heat resistant fire blanket, the ideal environmental protection against flame spread as a complete car cover with transport loops in a red trolley
  • in accordance with the relevant Union harmonisation legislation in conjunction with the DIN SPEC 91489:2024-11 standard
